    🎁eslint-plugin-import-access v3.1.0リリース🎁

    今回のリリースではpackageDirectoryオプションを追加し、全てのディレクトリがパッケージになる従来の挙動をカスタマイズできるようにした。
    従来より柔軟で幅広い使い方が可能になるオプションなので試してみよう（？）
