HTML issue triage meetingの記録で流れてた中から、ウェブでのポップアップよ再び、という提案の概要＠EdgeのExplainers
dialogとかの既存の機構との比較とか、それ以外のXUL popupとかとの比較とか、explainerの中のtemplate/jsでの実装の詳細を確認するとかいくつかのAIがリストされて検討されて行きそうな流れ？
