Windows10の黒モードを使用するとElectronが起動しなくなる

環境

  • Windows 10
  • Node 10.15.3 (Nodist 0.9.1)
  • Electron 7.1.1
  • yarn 1.12.1

Windowsを再インストールするところだった。
どうしても動かないと思ったら、バグだったのか・・・。

ちなみに開発ビルドではなく、製品ビルドから起動すると正しく動作する。
