Gosund

I can't get enough of smart plugs . I've used them to control lamps, space heaters, dehumidifiers and coffee pots, and have grown to expect that I can turn pretty much anything in my home on or off from the sofa. Of course, putting a smart plug in every outlet can add up, so here's a way to save some money on your smart home automation. Right now, you can get a four-pack of Gosund 16-amp Wi-Fi smart plugs for $18 when you click to apply the 10% coupon on the product page and also apply discount code 30GOSUND at checkout. If you want me to do the math for you, that's 43% off the regular price of $30 and works out to about $4.50 per plug.

These work like ordinary smart plugs -- you can control whatever you plug into them via the Gosund app, and they're also compatible with both Google Assistant and Alexa. If you like, you can schedule your devices to come on and off automatically, or just verbally command them (but be polite in case they remember you after the singularity happens). You don't need any sort of hub for control, because they operate entirely via Wi-Fi.

But these plugs are rated at 16 amps, which means you can plug in larger appliances than standard smart plugs support (which is usually about 10 amps). And they're narrow enough that you can easily stack two of them at a standard outlet and they won't interfere with each other.
