【GCE】Debian 9でシステムのタイムゾーンを変更する

何が問題か

GCEでインスタンスを作成した後、タイムゾーンをUTCからJSTに変更するというのが通常。
しかし、GCPで配布されているDebian 9イメージにはdbusパッケージが含まれていないため、timedatectlコマンドが実行できない。

解決法

dbusパッケージをインストールしてからtimedatectlコマンドでタイムゾーンを変更する。

$ sudo apt install dbus
$ sudo timedatectl set-timezone Asia/Tokyo
$ sudo shutdown -r now
