キーがシンボルでも文字列でもアクセスできるようにしてくれるっぽい。
HashWithIndifferentAccess.new(a: 1)['a']
=> 1
HashWithIndifferentAccess.new(a: 1)[:a]
=> 1
普通のハッシュじゃ無理なこと。
